"Google +1" any web page
This page can automatically make a "+1" button for an arbitrary URL.It lets you "+1" any web page - even if it has no Google Plus "+1" button.
If you want to "+1" a page on the web - but it has no "+1" button...
...and so you can't tell Google about it - except by manually posting the link...
